What if my item is faulty?
Occasionally items do develop a fault, if this happens then please email them in the first instance details of the fault and they can then advise where they go from there. Most changing bags do have a 6-month guarantee unless stated otherwise thereafter any action will be at the discretion of Mummy & Little Me and the manufacturer.
What is the return policy?

and they will send you a link to create a returns label. You can then create your returns label on the royal mail website and take your parcel to your local post office. Mummy & Little Me will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt.
What is the refund policy?
Once they have received your item you will get a confirmation email from them, any refunds will take up to 14 days to appear back in your account depending on your bank. All refunds will be processed by your original form of payment.
