The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1-2 days): The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from their warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time (3-5 days): The time for your item(s) to travel from their warehouse to your destination.

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email and SMS with the tracking information for your order’s shipment.

If you identify a defect in the skin (fitting issues, glue issues, etc.), just mail them some images of the skins that you received within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, they will ship a replacement after discussing it with the buyer. The life and fitting of the skin largely depend on whether it has been applied properly as per the instructions provided in the package. Apart from delivering the best, their greatest priority is providing the best support to their customers. They’re at your disposal round the clock and they’ll do anything to get the job done ‘On Time!’. If you get any fitting or print issues with your order, WrapCart team will be happy to replace it with another one. They have noticed that some people take their concerns to social media handles in a way defamatory to WrapCart’s Brand name without discussing the same first with their team. This is highly condemned and necessary legal remedy will be sought against such action.

Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. Given the customized nature of WrapCart’s products, products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds can be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, a product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged please contact them promptly at the contact details given. You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

If you have placed an order for the wrong product and want a replacement, you will have to return the initial package to them in an unused condition. Email them with the reason for your return and add the necessary images of the product and the package received for verification. Once they confirm your request, return the entire package. There will be no replacement for packages which are returned without email confirmation. Replacement reshipping will be processed after collection of the reshipping fee of Rs.120 which is to be borne by the customer. For Products like Laptops, MacBooks, and Sleeves (devices apart from mobiles and earbuds), there will be a reshipping fee of Rs.220 collected from the Customer to resend the correct order. Once they receive your returned package, your refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, allow 6-7 business days for it to show up in your original payment source. In some cases, it may take around 10-12 business days for the refunds to get credited to your payment source. Such refunds or replacements for incorrectly placed orders are not available for international orders.
