What are my payment options?
Ann Williams Group accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All transactions are in US dollars. Sorry, Ann Williams Group cannot accepts mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs.
Do you charge sales tas?
A sales tax of 6% will be charged on all orders shipped to a Michigan address.

What is your exchange & return policy?

Which is why they offer a 100% guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason simply send the item/s back to them and they will take care of you.
1. Items must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date.
2. Return the product with the following:
*Your packing slip or invoice from the original order, (or at least your order number and name.)
*Reason for return
*Email address
*Phone number
Let them know if you are requesting a refund, store credit or a replacement order.
They will do their best to process the credit or send you a replacement within a week of receiving your return. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of checkout.
What is cancellation or change policy?
If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact them as soon as possible via phone or email and they will do their very best to accommodate your change request. They are quite happy to help if they can!
