What are the payments methods?
HIRMER accepts payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, EC, Instant bank transfer, BillPay, and PayPal.
Where do you deliver?
HIRMER ships almost to all countries available at checkout.
Can I return my order?
If you do not like an item purchased in the HIRMER online shop, you can return it within two weeks without giving a reason and the return should be in perfect condition unworn, and with all labels.
Can I exchange the goods?
Exchange of articles is currently not possible. If the article is available in the desired color or size in the online shop, they ask you to place a new order. You can return the first order (or individual items from it) within two weeks. They will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the return.
When will I receive my order?
They will send the ordered goods as soon as possible to the delivery address given in the order. Depending on your choice, delivery is made by DHL, DPD, or UPS. You can assume that the goods will arrive within 2-4 working days for domestic German shipping - especially if you ordered before 4 p.m. Delivery to other countries may take longer or vary according to the place you ordered.
