How to return your items?
In order to exchange or return any item, go to your order history and add a message at the bottom of the concerned order details, explaining which items are concerned and the reason for the return. This request must be done within 15 days after the reception of your order. This period goes up to 60 days if you subscribe the Serenity Insurance. As soon as Inderwear receives your request, they will send you the return procedure. Then you will have 10 days to return the product. If the deadline is exceeded, they can refuse the return.
How to request a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, go on your order history and add a message at the bottom of the concerned order, explaining that you want to get your money back. You will be refunded within 10 days after your request. In case of withdrawal, you will be charged for the return costs. If the product is not consistent with your order, the return costs will be borne by Inderwear.
How can I exchange?
In order to allow you to purchase with tranquillity, you have up to 15 days to return any items that do not suit you. Also, with Serenity Insurance, you can exchange any item for 60 days, for free.
