What are my payment options?
Inkifi accepts payments via all major Debit and Credit cards as well as Paypal payments.
Which carriers does the shipping?
* UK based deliveries are made with the Royal Mail and selected couriers.
* For International orders Inkifi uses FedEx in cooperation with your local post for all orders, to ensure that your products get to you quickly and without damage.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?
If you wish to change or cancel your order within the hour please email: support@inkifi.com with your order number and a team member will assist you as soon as they can.
What if I receive damaged/incorrect item?
They are sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive in the condition it should have. Please send an email to support@inkifi.com within 14 days of receiving the order with the following included:
* Order Number
* Issue details
* Photo of the issue
If you believe your photos have been printed differently to how it was uploaded, please send a photo of the original image and a photo of the product you have received.
I am not happy with my order – what can be done?
Unfortunately, sometimes issues can occur, it’s rare, but it can happen. If you’re not 100% happy with the quality of your order please send an email to support@inkifi.com with a photo of your order, and a team member will do their best to help resolve the issue.
