i-Supplements.com are a wholesaler and sell at rock bottom prices, they cannot and will not accept returns on opened merchandise. All unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days for exchange or credit. They feel 30 days is plenty of time to decide if you want to return something to them. Any order received after 30 days of purchase will be sent right back to you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. You must email or call before sending something back to them. Once they hear from you, they will note your order that you will be making a return. Can I cancel my orders?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee. Filing a charge-back with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. i-Supplements.com reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over to their collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.
What if I get damaged or shortages?
All orders are photographed with a digital camera and tripled to check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep the original carton.
