When you deliver my items?
The shipping time is based on the shipping method the user selects. It normally takes around 4-5 business days for DHL/UPS/TNT to arrive at its destination. For EMS, it normally takes around 7-15 business days. For registered airmail, it normally takes around 2-4 weeks. However, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by the following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc. In this case, they are incapable of guaranteeing timely delivery, but they will try our best for timely delivery of the order from their side.
What is the return policy?
If you received the item is not what you ordered, please contact their Support Center within 7 days after receiving the item. They will reserve the right to refuse the return of items if their Support Center determines that the returned item is not DOA. Please feedback the issue within 7 days after receiving items for timely returns and refunds.
What is the refund policy?
I need to refund, iTead will process the refund within 3-6 days upon receiving the returned item. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see details below:
PayPal refund will take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refund will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account depending on your credit card company and intermediaries
Can I replace my order?
ITead Studio will ship a new one within 7 days after receiving the returned item. If no stock available, they will email you and ship a similar item to replace; if you don’t need to resend, they will give you a refund of 60% for the original price and the return shipping cost is undertaken by customers.
