What are the payment methods?
Reebok accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, all Debit Cards and PayPal.
When do these Purchase Terms apply?
These Purchase Terms apply to all offers and contracts relating to the sale and delivery of Products by them. In other words, you agree to these Purchase Terms, when you (i) order anything from the Website, (ii) order anything at any web page directly connected to the Website or (iii) when you accept an offer from them. It is only possible to deviate from these Purchase Terms if agreed in writing by them.
How do I check my order or delivery status?
You can track your order by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can also check the status of your order via the Order Tracker page. Simply enter your order number and email address, then click ‘Track Order’ to open the page displaying your order details.
How do I return my products?
There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the Reebok online shop can only be returned to them by post. Items purchased at a Reebok retail store can only be returned to a Reebok retail store.
Please note: personalized items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
