Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail or DHL Express depending on the weight and size of your parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Please refer to the contact them section, this will allow you to send them an email with the changes you require to your order. Please note they will do their utmost to make amendments to order content, however, they cannot guarantee any changes can be made to orders after they are placed.

The British Belt Company products are manufactured to a very high standard, however, occasionally it is possible for a fault to slip through. If you believe there is a fault with your product please contact them and they will do their best to help. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault, and they will advise you of their returns procedure. If you wish to return an unwanted product which does not suit your requirements, please request a return form from their contact them page. Returns will only be accepted if the product in its original unused condition.

The British Belt Company hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you aren't, you can return the item to them in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and they will issue a refund or an exchange. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. If you exceed the 14 days you may be eligible for an exchange only. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. The British Belt Company are currently unable to offer refunds for any handling and customs fees incurred with international postage.
