What are my payment options?
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). WANTITALL accepts Credit Card payments via the website and on request will supply their banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit. If payment is not received within 7 working days the order will be cancelled.

What is the returns policy?
For any reason, if you wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to the original seller. An additional cost of a 35% handling fee will also be charged. You must advise WANTITALL in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items of a personal nature cannot be returned (Jewellery, clothing, etc). Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
Can I cancel my order after the payment is made?
Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund from the call centre. Please note that you will be liable for the 35% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to the USA. Are shipping costs refundable?
