How long will it take to get my order?
To see when an item you’ve ordered will ship out, check the shipping note on the item’s product detail page. You can find a link to an item’s product detail page next to the item on your My Orders page.

Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
If you change your mind about an item within 30 minutes of placing the order, you can cancel it yourself by visiting My Orders. From there, click “view/modify order” next to the order with the item(s) you’d like to cancel. Click on the “cancel” button next to each item you would like to cancel. If you would like to cancel an item after the 30-minute window, please contact them. As long as your items have not shipped, they are usually able to cancel items or orders.
Are there delivery restrictions for items marked with a rocket?
Yes. Some of these items are subject to shipping & handling restrictions and may have only one expedited shipping & handling option. When you get to the checkout, you’ll see the options available for your order.
Can I exchange items on Zulily?
They are not able to process exchanges because our supplies are limited. However, if your item is eligible for a return, they can provide store credit within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Can I return items on Zulily?
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase that is return-eligible, you have 30 days to submit a return request through the orders page of your account. Once you’ve submitted your return, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label use it to send the item(s) back to them within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
